Founded in 2007, Co.Lo.Re. belongs to Eurosearch Consultants and supports companies in human asset evaluation and enhancement.
"COnoscere vaLOrizzare orientaRE" is the Italian acronym used to identify search, selection, evaluation and development of the professional skills that people express within company organizations.
A team of psychologists, some of whom have clinical specialization, supports company in  the building and the management of systems, processes and tools for the understanding and the analysis of individual professional skills. This activity is carried out in co-operation with the customer, fully respecting strategies and organizational values.
Co.Lo.Re.’s core activity is competence audit and it consists of the building, accomplishing and improving of a system of observation, analysis and evaluation of professional skills, of managerial competence and professional vocations useful for the role and to the benefit of both parties.
The Competence Audit recognizes:

  • Competence Balance, refined to the development of organizational know-how and the companies functions;
  • Evaluation of Performance, refined to the professional development of the practice;
  • Evaluation of Potential as an operative method to develop the skills of the manager to enable the improvement of his career;
  • Then, analysis of professional and organizational relationships (MANAGEMENT DIAGNOSTIC), with the objective of studying the quality of inter-professional relationships and the way to improve organizational processes within the offices, functions and/or Company Boards.

METHOD

Co.Lo.Re. expedites all these activities through the study and the observation of interaction between employees and the company, in the interaction of the expected role and the carrying out of it and coherence between individual actions and vision, aims and values of the company.
Studying of the relationship throughout the evaluation processes described above (with reference to the Lewin Field Theory) allows us to understand an individual action within the company  and demonstrates the needs of individual, team and organization’s development. In this way: 

  • Competence Balance shows the abilities an individual expresses while performing his activity. It evaluates his organizational and professional knowledge, describes his skills and unique qualities able to add value to the company;
  • Evaluation of Performance describes the efficacy of individual efficiency showing the results achieved, the prescribed quality level, the degree of autonomy and the coherence of his organizational behaviours
  • Evaluation of the potential achieved through the Assessment Centre method gives the recommendation of possible hiring and indications about the construction of a career plan;
  • Management Diagnostic adds value to organizational actions through the close observation of the professional exchanges between organizational roles and functions, fixes the level of practice of the organization level and verifies the coherence level of managers performing their roles.
  • Finally, Co.Lo.Re. prepares reports for the Customer based on the previously described activity and ask for feedback to understand the level of customer satisfaction.
