WORK EXPERIENCE
- Roberto Giunta started his experience in IBM in the commercial sector of Milan and Naples.
Later, becoming General Manager in S.N.S.A.. He has co-operated with Soris Spa, doing economic searches for ISPI, Ministry of Labour and Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia as economic researcher and project leader. - Since 1969 - Founding member, President and Partner of Eurosearch Consultants.
He founded the first Italian company of headhunting with Gianfranco Lanza, as consultant in the High Management search position. - He has been a director and member of the executive committee of several companies such as Seat, Società Italiana Vetro, Sip Telecom, Vetroeuropea and Ibmei.
- At university, he was vice-president of the student’s council of the Università Bocconi together with Bruno Colle and a UNURI member.
- Founding member with others (Ambrosoli, Gironda, etc) of the Circolo della Critica of Milan..
- President of the provincial GLI of Naples.
- Since 1967, he has been a member of the Republican Party.
He pursued a political life in the Provincial Direction, first in Rome, then in Turin, becoming Provincial secretary. - Since 1984, he has been a member of the Italian Republican Party National Leadership..
- Elected Senator of the Republic in 1992, he has been a member of the VIII Public Works, Communications Commission and of the Land and Environment Commission.

WORK EXPERIENCE
- PATRIZIA Ghiazza started her career in 1991 at the Gruppo Bancario San Paolo (nowadays Intesasanpaolo). As Project Leader she worked on the staff training and development projects of the Bank and its connected companies. Later, she became Senior Analyst at the Ufficio Studi and reporting to the CEO of the Bank.
- In 1996, she entered the world of Executive Search. At this time she successfully dealt with several searches of Professional and Executive positions with particular reference to the industrial sector both in Italy and abroad. At the end of the 90’s she led an important project, lasting several years, of change management for an Italian Multinational Group in the services sector. Then, she broadened her experience moving into the Financial and Mass Consumer sectors. At present she manages the accounts of several important Italian and international clients working across all business sectors.

WORK EXPERIENCE
- Niccolò Giunta started his career in Eurosearch Consultants in 1995. At the beginning as search assistant and later as researcher, he remained in the company until 1996.
- He entered Soremartec/Arlon (Luxembourg, Monaco, Alba) in 1996 until 2002. From 1996 to 1998, he held the position of Product and Brand Manager. From then until 1999, he directly reported to the General Manager for planning and co-ordination of new product testing. In the same company, from 1999 to 2000, he became Project Leader of the launch of a new product line “Gran Caffè, Prêt à glacer". From 2000 until 2002, he was in charge of the group organization (process analysis, training, development, human resources, process and structure engineering).
- Since 2002 he has been Eurosearch Consultants Partner in charge of the Milan office.

WORK EXPERIENCE
- Emanuela Gorini started her career in 1983 at KPMG Peat Marwick – Milan. In the beginning she worked as an auditor, then she took charge of the professional staff recruitment. She remained in the company until 1987.
- Later, from 1988 she worked for Trevisearch as Managing Partner. Until 2010, she developed and managed headhunting roles in several sectors, developing in the last 15 years activities mainly specialized in the Financial Services sector (Banks, Insurance and Financial Corporates).
- Since 2011, she has been Partner in Eurosearch Consultants.

WORK EXPERIENCE
- Osvaldo Rossi started his career at his family company (industrial vehicles trade + industrial vehicles transformation and body shop) with the role of portfolio and factoring supervisor.
- In 1986, he entered Pambianco (a consulting firm specializing in the fashion sector) having a job in the executive search field until 2001, alternating this work for two years with one in Trevisearch.
- In 2001 he became a partner of Trevisearch, dealing with search and selection activities in the fashion and luxury field until 2010.
- In 2011 he joined Eurosearch Consultants as a partner and consultant for the fashion and luxury sector.
