In 1969, in Milan, Gianfranco Lanza and Roberto Giunta formed the Eurosearch group, the first Italian company with a headhunting service either for both companies or candidates. One year later, in 1970, to assist clients Fiat and Ferrero, an office was opened in Turin.
The strong international vocation and the need to closely follow international strategy, created the need for offices in France and Germany. This formed the basis of an important international network today well known as the Eci Group.
To answer the needs of clients and to complete the range of services, in the 80’s, Selpe, the division specializing in the search and selection of middle management positions became effective.
In 2000, the third Italian office was opened in Rome. In 2007, Co.Lo.Re., the company specializing in human asset evaluation and enhancement, became part of Eurosearch Consultants.
To improve the effectiveness on the Italian territory and meet the needs of the market, in 2010, Eurosearch launched a new office in Padua.
Currently four offices and thirty-two professional consultants exercise a wide-spread presence in the domestic field. Eci Group network, of whom Eurosearch Consultants is a founding member, has its offices in Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Poland, Great Britain, India, China, United States and Brazil.
Eurosearch Consultants, it is a figurehead in the Italian landscape of the Executive Search companies.
The logo of the company represents a stylized peregrine falcon, an animal with a powerful charisma.
Peregrine falcon or Falco pregrinus is a cosmopolitan “ roaming” species, that is to say present in every continent of the world free from ice. It is the fastest raptor of the planet: its flight skills and the high speed it reaches when it swoops down or hunts are well known.
It has proverbial sight, more highly developed than any other bird, that allows it to identify every small detail and movement below.
Eurosearch has chosen to be represented by a falcon because they share the same hunting nature and the same rush of passion for new challenges.
Headhunting, as in the hunting technique of the peregrine falcon, needs method and perseverance, great observation skills, perfect timing and a quick action to fulfil aims, overcoming difficulties and unexpected occurrences.
